businesses operate sweepstakes, contests and promotions ("promotions").
Such promotions allow individuals to choose to enter these promotions
and supply personally identifiable information. The Marketing Agency
takes its privacy obligations to its clients and to people who enter
its promotions very seriously.
As a promotions and sweepstakes agency, The Marketing Agency operates
promotions and sweepstakes/contests on behalf of its clients. As part
of those services, The Marketing Agency sometimes collects personally
identifiable information for its clients by the use of its Internet
technology and sometimes from clients who use their Internet technology.
In addition, The Marketing Agency provides PO Boxes for mail-in entries
and clients forward information from points of entry they have set up.
The Marketing Agency collects such personally identifiable information
solely for the use of its clients and the operation of the promotion.
The Marketing Agency does not use any of the data collected other than
to notify potential winners and for prize fulfillment in connection
with a promotion. The Marketing Agency does not aggregate data collected
from various promotions and does not sell data collected in any manner

The Marketing Agency strictly limits access to all personally identifiable
information within its organization. Personally identifiable information
collected by The Marketing Agency on behalf of a client belongs solely
to the client and will be used solely in accordance with that client's
privacy policy. An individual's desire to "opt-out" of receiving
marketing or other information from a client will be handled in accordance
with that client's privacy policy. The Marketing Agency is not responsible
for data collected on behalf of its clients when such data is in its
client's possession.
The Marketing Agency’s has the ability to collect data other than
personally identifiable information for the promotions it operates online.
The Marketing Agency may collect information about a computer configuration,
such as a browser type, operating system or ISP domain name. This information
will not reveal your personal identity, may be used by The Marketing
Agency to administer the technical and operational aspects of this site.
The Marketing Agency may use “cookies” to assist in performing
some or all of these activities and to limit your ability to play a
promotion more times than stipulated in the Official Rules of that promotion.
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, The Marketing Agency promotions
are not available to anyone under the age of 13. The Marketing Agency
does operate some promotions on behalf of its clients that collect personally
identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In such
instances, The Marketing Agency will comply fully with all aspects of
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in
the operation of the promotion, the collection of the information itself
and in the subsequent use of the data collected. No personally identifiable
information will be collected from children under the age of 13 without
parental consent in compliance with the COPPA guidelines.
